Currently, Conan Exiles does not support cross-platform. Funcom continues to release new content and updates regularly, but cross-platform play doesn’t seem to be on the horizon.

It’s disappointing because Conan Exiles has significantly improved its gameplay features and added new content. If it had cross-platform play, it would attract more players who want to team up with their friends.
